Evans Head Annual Fishing Classic
Evans Head Annual Fishing Classic is the perfect place for you to experience a week of fun and fishing with your family or solo.
Held each year during the June/July NSW School holidays, Evans Head offers a unique holiday experience for you and your family. Pristine Beaches, local atmosphere and a range of accommodation options to suit any budget. It is the ultimate school holiday destination.
Each year hundreds of people, ranging from children to the experienced fisherman, travel to Evans Head to participate in the Evans Head Fishing Classic where they get to experience all that the North Coast of NSW has to offer.

Evans Head Malibu Classic
The Evans Head Malibu Classic (previously known as the Evans Head Longboard Invitational) is held over the October long weekend each year.
The competition is held at Evans Head Main Beach, A great spot for spectators.
Various categories, there is a category for all interested entrants including the kids.
Major sponsor, Evans Head Bowling Club also hosts presentation afternoon along with lucky door prizes etc.
The Malibu Classic proudly supports charity. 2011 saw the competition successfully run for its 21st year, and with the prospect of many more in the future.
The Great Eastern Fly In
The Great Eastern Fly-In is a unique Australian aviation event.
Pilots, their families and friends, Fly-In from all over Australia, to enjoy a great summer holiday with a difference!
Locals, young and old, come to marvel at the latest in aircraft, air displays, and have the ride of their lives.
